Payments are accepted on Arc Mainnet (eip155:5042) only and settled by the Arcus facilitator. ArcRouter is an Arcus Labs project with its own treasury. Its revenue does not go to the $ARCUS buyback wallet. Metered endpoints quote a price ceiling in the 402. You sign for that ceiling, and the unused part is refunded to your wallet in batches.
